BosaikNet

Recently, ZNC went down for some time due to a crash that failed to recover. ZNC has since been updated to prevent this from happening in the future, and a new build system was added to simplify software updates.

The pace of State of BosaikNet Services updates has been slow since we're well past our growing pains on the new server hardware. Unlike previous updates, all services are being described here.

Due to some aging software and arcane configurations on the BosaikNet web server, the BosaikNet Forums encountered about a month of unexpected downtime. We've fixed these issues, and the BosaikNet Forums are back up. Some backend stuff has also been modernized to prevent any further growing pains.

We at BosaikNet moved the server to new hardware a few weeks ago , and made a number of internal changes as well to streamline how the applications are run. This inevitably, however, caused service interruption as a good number of scripts needed to be updated to work in this new system.
